We have released a new online Bacterial Bioinformatics course, freely available through Coursera. The course has biologically based lessons for PATRIC services including genome assembly, annotation, comprehensive genome analysis, phylogenetic trees, finding similar genomes, comparing protein families, and proteome comparison.
