PATRIC provides several different categories of user documentation. They include the following, and are described in the Project Information Pages subsection of the Capabilities and Functionality section along with links to source code:

Administrator Documentation

Adminstrative documentation for data processing, analysis, cleansing, and harmonizing procedures and code is provided in the Data section.

Software Documentation

Documentation for software developed under the contract is included in readme files and in the body of the code as needed in GitHub. Descriptions of the various parts of PATRIC systems are provided in the Data, Database, Capabilities and Functionality, and Systems Architecture sections.
